The Reserve Bank is requesting proposals from suitably qualified professional services firms to provide independent quality assurance services for the following two large programs starting over the next year:
- Implementation of the recommendations from the reviews into the RITS outage in October 2022 (the RITS Program); and
- The Core Infrastructure Modernisation (CIM) Program

An industry briefing will be held via Zoom video conference on 22 January 2024, with registrations due by 19 January 2024.
:
- The Respondent must have one or more of the following: a current ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2 certification or IRAP certification.
- The Respondent has experience in providing quality assurance advice for projects to implement large scale change and improvements, for highly available, externally facing systems operated by financial institutions, government, large infrastructure providers or similar organisations.
- Respondent has experience in assessing or implementing IT control frameworks eg COBIT or ITIL and broader risk management standard capability such as ISO 31000 and CPS 220.
- The Respondent has suitably qualified employees available to deliver the majority of services onsite at the Reserve Bank’s Sydney offices.
