Guided Weapons Explosive Ordnance Storage Program (GWEOSP) – Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract (ECI HC-1 2022)

It is anticipated that the Works will include construction of the following at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills:
· Seventeen standard design Earth Covered Buildings providing explosive ordnance storage capacity;
· 1 Non-Explosive Ordnance store;
· 1 Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ablutions facility;
· 1 Non-Explosive Ordnance Dangerous Goods (NEDG) store; and
Engineering services, supporting infrastructure.
Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 applies. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
