Industry Briefing: 10am, 3 August 2023 at the Parade Ground, Barracks Precinct in North Head Sanctuary, Manly.
Attendance at the briefing is recommended but not mandatory. Names of attendees (maximum of 3 per respondent) must be sent to procurement@harbourtrust.gov.au by 5pm 8 August 2023.
1. The respondent is a legal entity at the closing time.
2. For trusts only: if the respondent is trading as a trust, attach a copy of the relevant trust deed that authorises the respondents authorised contact to represent and legally bind the respondent.
3. The respondent accepts the RFT Conditions which include compliance with the Harbour Trust supplier code of conduct and disclosure of any conflict of interest.
4. The respondent has completed each part of the Response Schedules.
5. The respondent has provided, or agrees to take out, relevant insurances (public liability with cover for $20 million per occurrence, professional indemnity insurance, with cover for $5 million per event and workers compensation insurance).
6. The respondent has downloaded each addenda.
