Description:

You are invited to submit a Tender for the Information Communications Technology Provider Arrangement (ICTPA Panel) Periodic Refresh Request for Tender (RFT) NMP33125 indicating your willingness and capacity to provide any or all Services listed in the attached Deed of Standing Offer (Deed).

Other Instructions:

a. The Tender (including all Attachments, Annexes and supporting documentation), is to be written in English.

b. All measurements in Tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.

c. Tenderers are to complete and include a version of Microsoft Excel (Office 365) Attachment X ICTPA SFIA Rates – Daily Rates which sets out their tendered maximum labour rates for their nominated SFIA 7 categories. See clause 7.2 of Annex G (ICTPA SFIA Rates).

Conditions for Participation:

The Commonwealth will exclude a Tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the Tender does not satisfy any of the conditions for participation specified in the Tender Details Schedule.
