Request for Tender for the provision of a Test Automation Solution
The Department is seeking to engage a provider who has the capability and capacity to provide a Test Automation Solution which meets the Department’s functional requirements and represents the best value for money. The Department seeks to evaluate tenderers on two potential models. Those being:
Model A – The provision of the required Software, Licensing, Implementation Services and ongoing Support; or
Model B – The provision of the required Software, Licensing and ongoing Support Only.
To support the delivery of Model A, the provider will be required to provide a range of supporting Professional Services for the implementation of their proposed solution into the Department of Health environment.
In Model B the Department would undertake the Design and Implementation Phases without the direct support of the provider.
The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
