Mannequin Fabrication Services
The Customer requires approximately 94 custom built mannequins and/or off-the-shelf mannequins that can be customised, to populate the new exhibitions in Anzac Hall. These mannequins will display items from the Customer’s National Collection.
A number of different typologies are required, including:
(i) standard and flat forms;
(ii) non-weight bearing; and
(iii) weight bearing with/without military equipment.
Each of these typologies have a range of difference sizes (forms) and stances (posed, not posed) resulting in each mannequin having unique requirements. Each mannequin needs to be customisable to display the corresponding collection items appropriately.
The exhibition design is still progressing. As such, these quantities are indicative only and are subject to change as the exhibition design continues.
The Customer intends:
(i) to select one or more successful Respondents as a result of this ATM process, depending on what the best value for money outcome results from the evaluation process and ensure the full requirement is met (see section A.A.6 (Evaluation) of this ATM for further details); and
(ii) that the Requirement will be provided by the successful Respondent/s in accordance with a contract that will incorporate the Commonwealth Contract Terms and also the Additional Contact Terms.
Respondents can choose to submit offers for any typology or typologies of mannequins (see 2.3 below) and must nominate all that they are offering.
NB: Respondents do not have to offer the full quantity required for any typology.

No Mandatory Conditions for Participation are specified.
Any contract awarded as a result of the ATM will commence by November 2022. The Customer will require final delivery of all mannequins by 14 August 2023. There will be a Defects Period of 12 months that will expire on 14 August 2024.
Responses must be lodged electronically via AusTender before the Closing Date and Time and in accordance with the Response lodgement procedures set out in this ATM documentation and on AusTender.
