Description:

Austrade’s Building Brand Australia program requires a publisher or agency to produce two custom magazines a year. The successful Tenderer will be responsible for managing the entire process; concept, writing, editorial, editing, design, layout, typeset, photography, proofing, print management and delivery of final magazines.Austrade may increase or decrease the number of publications produced each year and the print run of each, depending on demand for the publication. The successful Tenderer will be expected to propose content that is engaging and readable. The successful Tenderer will liaise with Austrade on development of content and Austrade expects to see draft content and layouts as the magazine progresses.

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation are that the Tenderer and its subcontractors:

must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);
must not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (other than decisions subject to appeal) made against the Tenderer or its subcontractors relating to employee entitlements;
must comply substantially with the standard terms and conditions of Austrade contract as set out in the Draft Deed of Deed of Standing Offer at Part VI to this RFT;
the Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent;
the Tenderer and subcontractors must not have had significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract;
the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Contract expected to commence in mid February 2011.
