Defence Family and Member Support (DMFS) Helpline
PRE-RELEASE NOTICE:
This Notice 21082-4 replaces the previous Notice 21802-3 published on 29/07/2022. Prospective tenderers should review the updated Scope of Requirements contained within this Notice.
Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) is a national organisation providing a broad range of individual and program related services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Community across Australia.
DMFS delivers 24/7 support services through two primary business environments:
1. Defence Member and Family Helpline (DMFH) is a Canberra–based centralised intake service and provides first responses.
2. DMFS Area Offices (DREs) are located on or near major ADF establishments around Australia and provide a face-to-face environment to access support including Defence Social Workers (DSWs).
The DMFH and DREs DSWs are staffed with a combination of APS and contracted personnel. DMFS is responsible for the management of the day to day operations of DMFH and DRE DSWs within Defence.
It is anticipated that the RFT will be published via AusTender in September 2022 or thereafter.
Prospective tenderers are encouraged to review their notification settings in AusTender to ensure notification of further updates in relation to the RFT.
