(Construction Only) Department of Health and Aged Care, New Ways of Working, Surry Hills Level 9 and 10 Project

The services include construction services only with respect to the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works on Level 9 and 10, 260 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW incorporating approximately 2,680 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working (NWOW) Program.
Works will be delivered in a single package and construction is expected to occur concurrently across the two floors.

Industry Briefing
An industry briefing will be held on Tuesday 13 February 2024. Further details are described in the Request for Tender documentation.
Estimate Value
The estimated value of these works is $6,500,000.00 to $8,500,000.00
Indigenous Procurement Policy

PWC Act
The works described in the Request for Tender are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).

The award date for the contract will be on or around Monday 22 April 2024, with completion of the works on or around Wednesday 31 July 2024.
