Services Australia (Agency) requires international, Indigenous, sign language interpreting and translation services in its delivery of Medicare, Child Support and Centrelink payments and services to its customers Australia.
The Agency will allow Tenderers to offer for all or parts of the Requirement.
Tenderer(s) may offer to provide the entire Requirement or in part as follows:
• the entire Requirement described in this RFT; or
• the Requirement for international language interpreting described in this RFT; and/or
• the Requirement for Indigenous language interpreting described in this RFT; and/or
• the Requirement for sign language interpreting (predominantly Auslan) described in this RFT; and/or
• the Requirement for document translation and audio translation described in this RFT.
Tenderers confirms that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12 of this RFT.
