Greenway Wall Restoration and Associated Landscape Works

The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust (Harbour Trust) invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender for restoration of the Greenway stonewall and associated landscaping works at Macquarie Lightstation (Vaucluse, NSW).
A mandatory industry briefing will be held:
1 March 2024 12:30pm at Macquarie Lightstation, Old South Head Rd, Vaucluse
Attendee contact details should be provided to the Contact Officer no later than 5pm 28 of February.
1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
2. The Tenderer has complied with the insurance requirements and certificates of currency have been provided; or will be provided if successful.
3. The Tenderer has attended the Mandatory Industry Briefing
18 weeks, assuming a commencement date of 27 May 2024.
