The Department intends to develop a shortlist of respondents, based on their capability, capacity, experience and risk. Shortlisted respondents will be invited to Tender, in a second stage Request for Tender. Tenderers participating in the second stage will be evaluated on their capability, capacity, experience, pricing, risk, economic benefits to the Australian economy, and Indigenous Procurement Policy.
