The Reserve Bank of Australia invites Proposals for the provision of cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) communications solution, including implementation and ongoing support and maintenance, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).

The purpose of this RFP is to consolidate and modernise the Bank’s existing suite of services used to provide bulk communications to staff and other external stakeholders and to provide access to key Business continuity documentation and contact details in the event of a crisis or incident.  The platform must be cloud-based and continue to be available in the event of an outage to the Bank’s systems and services
