Travel and Accommodation Management Services for the Australian Government – Industry Consultation Paper

The Whole of Australian Government Travel Management Services (TMS) and Accommodation Program Manager (APM) arrangements are coordinated procurements established by Finance to service the diverse travel needs of roughly 100,000 travellers from approximately 150 Government entities. The current TMS and APM arrangements are due to expire on 30 June 2023.
Finance has commenced consultation activities to scope the next phase of the Government’s travel management and accommodation arrangements. Finance has produced a consultation paper and is seeking the views of industry and other stakeholders in relation to the renewal of the travel management services arrangement. We aim to use the feedback to inform the request for tender documentation and process.
Attachment A of the consultation paper includes a number of discussion topics with background information, feedback from Government entities and sections for responses. Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on any or all of the discussion topics.
