Implement and deliver the Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative Strategic Action Plan

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of services to implement and deliver the Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative Strategic Action Plan.
The Department is seeking Suppliers who will work in partnership with the Government to deliver on three of the Action Plan's priority areas over the next phase of the Initiative.
The goal of the Initiative is to support and build on efforts by inductry to create an environment where women increasingly choose a career in avaiation, and that those women are weclomed into an inclusive and supportive industry. To do this, the Action Plan outlines key priority areas for the next phase of the Initiative to focus on: leadership and culture, visibility and awareness and collaboration.
Implementation of the Action Plan may include; research, communications and outreach, direct engagement, resource development and distribution.
The department has arranged an information session 8 November 2023 at 2:00pm (AEDT) that will offer more details on the Strategic Action Plan and the tender process.
