Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for 

Premises ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 square metres NLA. The ground floor component of the premised must have a minimum net lettable area of 1,000 square metres 

Premise must be suitable for customer service delivery

Site must be located within the suburb of Ipswich or surrounding localities Bundamba, Booval, Newtown, Eastern Heights, Ipswich, West Ipswich, East Ipswich, Woodend, Basin Pocket, Sadlers Crossing, and Coalfalls, QLD as depicted on the attached/below Location Map

Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking

Lease term

Preference for a Seven (7) years  with two (2) options of three (3) years each

Lease and operational commencement no later than 15 December 2025

Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on  A Guide to Office Building Quality (Property Council of Australia 2019)

Minimum three (3) secure and covered car parking bays with one (1) having dedicated EV charging points

Provision of energy and sustainability in accordance with the Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy

Note: The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion
