The services include construction services only with respect to the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works on Level 2, 1 and 4 of Sirius Building, 23 Furzer St, Woden ACT incorporating approximately 12,520 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working (NWOW) Program.

An industry briefing will be held on Wednesday 14 June 2023. Further details are described in the Request for Tender documentation.
Estimate Value
The estimated value of these works is from $25,000,000.00 to $30,000,000.00

The award date for the contract will be on or around Wednesday 25 August 2023, with completion of the works on or around Friday 22 April 2024.
