RFT Security Trustee, US Collateral Agent and Facilities Agent
Export Finance Australia ABN 96 874 024 697 (EFA) and Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) are seeking to engage a:
(a) Facilities Agent;
(b) Security Trustee; and
(c) US Collateral Agent,
in relation to a potential transaction involving a business developing a greenfield development project on the East coast of Australia (Transaction).
While QIC will be a recipient of the Contractor Offerings, this procurement process is being conducted by EFA.
Respondents must email a completed and executed Respondent Confidentiality Deed Poll to vince.tari@exportfinance.gov.au before 11.59pm on 19 April 2024.
If a Confidentiality Deed Poll is submitted after 11.59pm on 19 April 2024 then EFA may exclude the relevant Respondent from further consideration.
Respondents should note that the Respondent Confidentiality Deed Poll requires each individual who will have access to confidential information to sign a confidentiality undertaking.
Following submission of a Respondent’s completed and executed Respondent Confidentiality Deed Poll in accordance with this clause, EFA will provide the Recipient with confidential information necessary for the Respondent to comply with clause 3.9 (Conflicts of Interest) of Part B (Lodgement and Requirements for Responses) and complete the Conflict of Interest section of the Response Form
