The Conditions for Participation are:
The Tenderer confirms that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12 of this RFT;
The Tenderer confirms this it offers to provide the Requirement Australia wide; and
Tenderer holds current SRCC accreditation through Comcare for the provision of full HSR training in the Commonwealth jurisdiction.
