Airservices Digital Twin Request for Tender

As part of the Digital Twin Program, Airservices is pursuing the following main objectives:
1. To establish an Enterprise Digital Twin capability as part our digital transformation journey to enhance service delivery and optimise business operations.
2. To procure a partner to develop in partnership with Airservices’, our Enterprise Digital Twin capability, incorporating the people, process, information, and technology components required for the initial platform deployment.
3. Deliver, using the initial platform capability, a virtual copy of our Air Traffic Management (ATM) Network to support the two initial use cases, described in the sections below, to improve decision making in ATM Network Management and optimise the allocation of our Air Traffic Controller workforce.
