AIR555 AISREW Facilities Project – Forward Operating Base Townsville - Head Contract - Notice of Impending Procurement
Notice of Impending Procurement - forecast ITR release date 14th February, closing mid March 2022.
The Head Contract delivery will provide construction services in respect of:
- A new secure facility (approx. 430m2) which will include:
- A Zone 5 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility;
- Computer Server Rooms;
- Office space;
- Associated amenities;
- Associated plant rooms; and
- Circulation space.
- New, upgraded or relocated Infrastructure:
- Electricity including High and Low Voltage Power Reticulation;
- ICT and Security;
- Potable and Fire Water;
- Stormwater;
- Sewage;
- Vehicle and Pedestrian access; and
- Landscaping.
Procurement will be completed in two stages; Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) and Request for Tender (RFT). To receive the ITR and RFT Documents, potential Tenderers must request a Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement (DCA) from the Tender Administrator. On receipt of a correctly completed and executed DCA, the Tender Administrator shall issue the ITR / RFT Documents via AusTender upload.
Tenderers must meet the eligibility requirements of section 23 of the Building Code 2016
