REDSPICE Implementation Partner Phase 2
REDSPICE (Resilience, Effects, Defence, Space, Intelligence, Cyber, Enablers) is the most significant single investment in the Australian Signals Directorate’s 75 years. It responds to the deteriorating strategic circumstances in our region, characterised by rapid military expansion, growing coercive behaviour and increased cyber attacks.
Through REDSPICE, ASD will deliver forward-looking capabilities essential to maintaining Australia's strategic advantage and capability edge over the coming decade and beyond.
Implementation of the REDSPICE program requires the services of an industry partner, or partners, to rapidly expand and uplift existing functions to facilitate successful delivery of the program. This sourcing activity will enable the delivery of long-term services, including:
• Business Management Office;
• Program Management Office;
• Transformation and Strategic Communications; and
• Innovation and Process Improvement.
An industry briefing will be conducted at Canberra, ACT commencing at 09:00am until 10.00am on Friday, 10 February 2023. The industry briefing will also be broadcast via a Webex session. A link to access the industry briefing and information about the location of the industry briefing will be emailed to nominated attendees.
Representatives of prospective tenderers to attend the briefing in-person will be limited to 1-2 personnel per company. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to the above email address by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 8 February 2023.
