EST3025PH2 – Facilities to Support SOER Capability Project – Market Sounding

This is a notice for a Market Sounding activity.
The EST3025PH2 (Facilities) Project will provide infrastructure works and facilities at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW, to enable SOER to raise, train and sustain counter-chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (C-CBRNE) capability.
The Commonwealth is considering the use of the Head Contractor Contract (HC-1 2021) Construct Only delivery methodology through a single-stage procurement process subject to the level of interest.
A Request for Tender is tentatively forecast for release in Q4 2022. The HC-1 2021 is a standard form contract and is available at www.defence.gov.au/estatemanagement.
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate their capacity to deliver the facilities as the Head Contractor.
