Australia will host the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit in 2024 to mark the 50th anniversary of Australia’s dialogue partnership with ASEAN. The Summit will take place in Melbourne between 4 – 6 March 2024. The Department is seeking Host Broadcasting Services for the Summit. The Services required for the Summit include, but are not limited to:
- Resource, facilitate and support accredited broadcast media with the provision of technical broadcast facilities and production and operational services at the highest standard to maximise world-wide coverage of the Summit.
- Project manage the delivery of coordinated and integrated activities required to deliver world-class broadcast services, including the management of logistics and coordination of personnel in the lead up to and during the Summit, such as travel, accommodation and rostering.

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

The contract period is expected to commence in November 2023 and run to 30 April 2024.
