Standing Offer for the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance and support of Plotters
The Department of Defence represented by the Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation (AGO) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Panel for the provision of various types of Plotters and their support and maintenance.
The establishment of the Standing Offer will enable Defence and AGO to update and/or replace current Plotters as the need arises in various locations across Australia.
Tenderer's are invited to provide a proposal to join a Deed of Standing Offer to provide plotters, support and maintenance services on an ‘as required’ basis. The proposal should include an installation schedule, acceptance testing schedule, current plotter disposal plan (and trade-in if applicable), training plan and maintenance and support plans.
Tenders for part of the Goods and Services will be considered, but Tenders for Services only will not be accepted.
The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that:
• The Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time;
• The Tenderer is named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (WGE Act), where the Tenderer is a relevant employer for the purposes of the WGE Act; and
• The Tenderer does not hold a valid and satisfactory STR or a tax receipt issued by the ATO at the Closing Time.
