Provision of Solar PV Testing

The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) is seeking the services of a testing laboratory to conduct testing of solar panels for FY2023-24 with options for extension, to verify that they meet relevant Australian Standards and are therefore eligible for small-scale technology certificates.
An anonymised data set to inform Attachment 7 (Pricing) will be provided to Prospective Tenderers that register their interest and sign a non-disclosure form, in line with the process below:
1. Due to the sensitivity of data, to complete Attachment 7 and receive the anonymised data set, the Tenderer and its relevant personnel who will access the data set, must complete and sign a non-disclosure agreement, and email it to the Contact Address (cer-centralprocurement@cer.gov.au), along with contact emails for who should receive the data (registered contacts).
2. Registrations for the data set must be received by 5pm AEST, Thursday, 23 November 2023.
3. The data set will be distributed by email to all registered contacts who have signed a non-disclosure agreement on Friday, 24 November 2023.
