KAVHA Site Master Plan and Heritage Management Plan
The Customer is seeking a Supplier or Suppliers to:
- Stream 1 - Develop and deliver a Site Master Plan for the Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area (KAVHA) on Norfolk Island, covering the period 2021– 2031; and/or
- Stream 2 - Review and update the 2016 KAVHA Heritage Management Plan
Due to the complexities of and interdependencies between the requirements, the Customer recognises that there may be synergies and efficiencies having both Streams delivered by a single Supplier.
Suppliers have the option to submit a response to the requirements for one or both of the Streams. Suppliers must clearly indicate their preferred Stream or Streams in their submission.
Suppliers interested in bidding for both Streams must provide a separate Response for each Stream, as well as a covering Executive Summary which outlines the proposed approach and cost (including any process efficiencies and cost savings) for undertaking both Streams in tandem.
