To establish a Contract for an Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (UPLC-MS)

The Chemical Reference Materials (CRM) team require one high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (UPLC-MS) for the following purposes:
• Identification of the main component and impurities of related structure in pure substance organic calibration standards
• Isotopic purity determination of deuterated internal standards
Detailed technical specifications are as per the Statement of Requirements in the Approach to Market document.
The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
2. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time.
3. The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
Delivery, Set-Up and Installation of UPLC-MS instrument to be delivered no later than 05/06/2023.
