The services include design and construction services in respect of the following works:
· Architectural services
· Civil and stormwater engineering (including civil ADF training range design);
· Structural engineering;
· Information and communications technology;
· Environmental and heritage reporting;
· Survey and geotechnical investigations;
· Weapons training ranges and TA planning, design and certification;
· Clearing of existing trees and vegetation;
· Demolition of the 400m environmental bullet catcher;
· Widening of the range floor between the 400m and 600m target banks;
· Extending the existing 500m and 600m target banks encompassing block work walls and concrete slabs;
· Extending the existing maintenance access roads;
· Extending the 600m environmental bullet catcher to encompass lanes 1 to 10;
· extending the existing stormwater culvert bank beneath the range floor;
· Alterations to the existing maintenance access roads;
· Provision of a new bioretention basin to take into consideration the range floor widening; and,
· Demolition of some existing range signage and replace with new range signage.
Industry Briefing
An industry briefing will be conducted via MS Teams on a date TBC.

Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 applies. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

WHS Accreditation Scheme
The WHS Accreditation Scheme pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) applies. Further information regarding the WHS Accreditation Scheme is provided in the Invitation to Register Interest.
Indigenous Procurement Policy
The Australian Government's new Indigenous Procurement Policy took effect on 1 July 2015. If relevant, further information regarding the Indigenous Procurement Policy is provided in the Invitation to Register Interest.
Joint Bids
The Commonwealth does offer applicants an opportunity to lodge a Registration of Interest on a Joint Bid Basis. Further information regarding Joint Bids is provided in the Invitation to Register Interest.
PWC Act
The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).

Minimum Form and Content Requirements

The award date for the contract is anticipated to be in or about 01-2023, with completion in or about 09-2024
