Evaluation will be on the following:extent to which the Respondent has demonstrated it has the capability and capacity to meet the requirements, including the extent to which it has demonstrated that it will be able to satisfactorily program the services and achieve timely completion of the works; past performance and experience in delivering the Phase 1 services;extent of compliance with the Commonwealth's proposed Key Commercial Principles (including compliance with applicable legislation and policy), and the extent of any proposed enhancements to optimise value for money to the Commonwealth; proposed resourcing to deliver the Phase 1 services, including the skills and experience of the key managerial and technical team; proposed approach to maximising Australian industry participation and delivering economic benefit to the Australian economy. Up to 4 respondents may be invited to respond to a RFP stage. Criteria that will be used to evaluate RFP proposals will be provided in the RFP

Decommission the Northern Endeavour Floating Production Storage Offtake unit, disconnect it from the subsea equipment and tow it to a destination to be advised.
