Potential tenderers are invited to attend an upcoming Industry Brief for SEA1442 Phase 5 – Maritime Tactical C3 Sub Program. This briefing is scheduled to be undertaken as part of the Projects preparatory activities which have been designed to facilitate engagement with industry early, and continually, throughout the tender development process.   
The purpose of this Industry Brief is to provide information to, and obtain information from, potential tenderers in connection with SEA1442 Phase 5 - Maritime Tactical C3 Sub Program. This briefing is not a procurement and does not form part of any Commonwealth procurement process. The Commonwealth will not down select or exclude (from future participation in SEA1442 Phase 5) any companies based on their attendance or non-attendance at the Industry Brief.

Time: 1000 – 1100 (Canberra Time) – Registration opens at 0930, Industry Brief will commence at 1000 and conclude at 1100 with morning tea/networking to follow in the foyer.

SEA1442 Phase 5 seeks to modernise maritime communications for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) by acquiring and supporting an enhanced wireless voice and data communications and information exchange capability. The Project's focus is on interoperability and system commonality and its scope includes a number of the complimentary elements that make up modern maritime communications systems, including networks, aggregation and encryption equipment, bearers and antennas. The Project also seeks to employ the flexibility of development and advancing technology to continually evolve the resultant capability to ensure it meet the RAN’s needs for the coming decades.
Prior registration is required for attendance at the briefing and prospective tenderers are requested to limit the number of those attending to no more than three.
Participants are required to register no later than 1500 Wed, 12 Feb 2020 to attend the briefing. The participant is to provide names, phone numbers, email addresses and organisation via email to sea1442phase5.projectteam@defence.gov.au

The Project intends to release a list of attendee companies (company name only, no personal information or contact details will be included) via Austender after the Industry Brief. If you do not wish your company to be included on the list, please advise via email at the time of registration.
If attendees have any specific dietary requirements please advise at the time of registration.
