The Supplier will, through access to the National Police Checking Service (NPCS) and in accordance with the NPCS Agreement for controlled access (the Agreement), and on request by the Customer or the Customer’s Authorised Personnel, conduct Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (Police Checks) and provide the results to the Customer.

Potential Suppliers must be an accredited body with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) to provide Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (police checks). The Supplier must remain an accredited body through the ACIC for the duration of the contract.
