The works include the following:
- Dredging work to deepen the existing basin;
- Upgrading the existing Fremantle Wharf to suit the ACOPVs involving lateral strengthening of the existing wharf and modifications or upgrade to bollards, fenders, services, services cope points and access facilities; and
- Design, fabrication and delivery of bespoke mobile access gangways at the wharf and cable reelers to support shore services.
Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 applies. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

WHS Accreditation Scheme
The WHS Accreditation Scheme pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) applies. Further information regarding the WHS Accreditation Scheme is provided in the Invitation to Register Interest.
Indigenous Procurement Policy

Joint Bids

PWC Act
The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a “public work” and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth). Parliamentary Approval has not yet been achieved.
