Australia Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems Strengthening (AIPHSS) Implementing Service Provider
The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Health System Strengthening (AIPHSS) was developed jointly with the Indonesian Ministry of Health to address some of the systemic challenges that hinder the delivery of better primary health care for the poor in
The implementation of AIPHSS will be led by the Government of Indonesia's Ministry of Health, and activities will be implemented at the national, provincial and district level.
AusAID is seeking to engage an Implementing Services Provider (ISP) to provide support to the Ministry of Health in implementing the program. Specific duties will include:
· contracting and managing technical assistance requested by the Ministry of Health, particularly in the areas of health workforce and health financing;
· managing a network of universities and research institutions and a civil society competitive grants round; and
· providing monitoring and evaluation and communications support to the Ministry of Health.
It is anticipated that the ISP will commence in October 2012 and will continue until July 2016.
