ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN
AIMS procurement focuses on achieving the best value for money by ensuring appropriate methods are used to procure goods and services.
AIMS will be conducting its procurement in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) where the marketplace will be given the opportunity to bid for larger value goods and services contracts with a market value in excess of A$400,000 or in excess of $7.5m for procurement of constructions services.
Open approaches to the market will be advertised on Austender at www.tenders.gov.au.  AIMS Annual Procurement Plan (APP) is based on the best information at the time of publication; all planned procurements, if any, are subject to revision or cancellation.

Each Planned Procurement must have a UNSPSC Category.  To locate Planned Procurements published in a specific UNSPSC category, select the category from the list.

Annual Procurement Plan View – Planned Procurement Status

To locate Planned Procurements with a specific status, use the drop down menu to select the status.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
