Description:

Design Services to improve the capacity of SBRS located near Darwin, NT through electrical (HV), fire and cooling systems upgrades. This includes replacement of underground HV power lines, replacement of a transformer, modified internal electrical switch services, upgrade cooling system, improved fire protection capabilities, replace elevated water tank, replace air conditioning plant and remove UPS and provide UPS batteries.

Conditions for Participation:

To submit a conforming Registration of Interest:

the Registration of Interest must be submitted in accordance with clause 3.1(a)(i) (including submission to the address specified in the Invitation to Register Interest by the closing time and date described in the Invitation to Register Interest);

the Registration of Interest must satisfy each minimum form and content requirement in clause 3.1(a)(ii); and

the Applicant must satisfy each condition for participation in clause 3.1(a)(iii), of the Invitation to Register Interest. The evaluation criteria are described in clause 2 of the Invitation to Register Interest

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Development phase services are anticipated to commence in SEPTEMBER 2013 with completion on or before JUNE 2015
