The project will involve a new clothing store including retail and warehousing areas and supporting infrastructure. This will conform with the current Lavarack Barracks architecture.
Tenders will be invited from a short list of entities selected on the basis described in the Invitation to Register Interest document.

The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, August 2009, apply to this project. The Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme authorised by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (Cth) and the Building and Construction Industry Improvement (Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2005 (Cth) applies to this contract.
