The PharmCIS project involves modernising the IT systems that support tracking and listing of proposed medicines and developing new IT systems that enable the pricing of the proposed medicines in line with agreed administrative procedures. This Project will align business processes, work practices and IT systems across the Pharmaceutical Evaluation Branch (PEB) to enable efficient, effective support of PEB business in relation to the consideration for listing, pricing and publishing of PBS approved medicines.

The anticipated contract period is April 2010 until 30 May 2011 with an optional ‘through life support’ for a further four years.
