Description:

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and its portfolio agencies (DFAT) invites tenders from organisations that have the professional capability, resources, experience and personnel to provide Contracted Personnel under a panel arrangement.
The purpose of the Request for Tender is to establish a panel of suitably experienced provider(s) to be used as and when required, who can provide personnel required for work mostly in Canberra (a labour hire arrangement).

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must demonstrate compliance with the following Conditions of Participation:

(a) Tenderer (or any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (see clause 5.4); and

(b) Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent; and

(c) Respondent (or any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorist under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.
