The Remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Service Development Assistance Panel
SDAP members will support capacity building and offer urgent professional assistance and guidance to services in remote and very remote areas and those providing aged care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people (eligible services).
- The SDAP will deliver expert assistance, guidance and advice across five key functional areas:Care Delivery
To assist eligible aged care services deliver effective aged care, in an efficient manner.
- Governance and Management
To assist CEOs, Board Members and senior management or staff of eligible services to lead and manage their overall organisation effectively and efficiently.
- Financial Management
To assist eligible services to conduct their financial operations effectively and efficiently.
- Quality Delivery
standard established by the quality framework and/or other applicable standards or accreditation processes.
- Locum Relief
