The Australian Human Rights Commission is seeking to replace its current 10Mbps/10Mbps wireless internet service connection at 133 Castlereagh St, Sydney with a dedicated connection with unlimited upload/download and at least 20Mbps downstream and 20 Mbps upstream bandwidth. There is increasing demand on the current service, staff numbers have increased and there are several staff accessing the network remotely via CITRIX sessions. We estimate that the average traffic is generally less than 10 GB downstream per day although the current traffic reports we currently receive are unreliable (and therefore are unavailable to tenderers).
Daily reports are required that show upstream and downstream traffic. Include a breakdown of traffic types if this is available.
Our web site is independently hosted and therefore has no impact on the traffic patterns (apart from internal access to the external website).
For full tender documentation, please contact Ron Mclay on (02) 9284 9639 or by email - ron.mclay@humanrights.gov.au
