Description:

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking submissions from suitability qualified, professional, experienced and skilled service providers to establish a panel for the provision of professional services to develop DFAT's Corporate Support System, including SAP, PeopleSoft and the DFAT Intranet.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must demonstrate compliance with the following Conditions of Participation:

(a) Tenderer (or any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (see clause 5.4);

(b) Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent; and

(c) The Tenderer and any proposed subcontractors must not be named on the list of person and entitites designated as terrorist under the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealings with Assets) Regulations 2002.
