Description:

A comprehensive industry market analysis and review of published resources will be conducted to inform appropriate approaches to research, development and commercialisation for three identified programs of work. These include 1. optimise soil amelioration processes and deliver high capacity and versatile ripping, topsoil inclusion, mixing and delving technologies; 2. process and deliver farm-grown biomass into poorly structured subsoils based on a tillage tine system; and 3. enhance seeder function and crop establishment in marginal soil conditions, especially when sowing early on water repellent sands. The short term industry analysis will occur independently of a subsequent five-year investment to enhance and possibly transform the design and efficiency of tillage, soil amelioration and seeder machinery.

2 The Tenderer and any subcontractor must not have a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and who have not paid the claim.

3 The Tenderer must be a single legal entity or recognised firm of partners

4 The Tenderer and any proposed subcontractor must be compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, Modern Slavery Act 2018 and any other applicable labour laws and standards in the jurisdiction in which they operate.
