the relocation of the AAT’s Canberra office, currently located at 40 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra City to the Site;
the design of the AAT’s fitout of its new premises at the Site;
tendering the Fitout Works;
letting the contract to the successful tenderer of the Fitout Works;
administering the Fitout Works Contract;
procurement of loose furniture, fittings, white goods and workstations;
exiting the lease for existing premises; and
relocation of AAT’s operations from its existing premises to the new fitted out premises at the Site.
