Description:

Registrations of Interest are invited from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of managing Contractor for the redevelopment project at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) at Campbell, ACT. The project will involve upgrade works under a Managing Contactor arrangement to existing academic, military, sporting and residential facilities at Campbell, ACT campus of ADFA, as well as construction of some new facilities to support the Academy’s operations at the same campus location. The project's timeframe is anticipated to be designed throughout 2009 with Construction commencing in mid 2010, concluding in 2012. The total value of the project is estimated to be in the order of $70 - 90M.

The Australian Government Building and Construction Occupational Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, by the Federal Office of the Safety Commissioner, applies to this contract.
