Description:

Satellite TV at Sea (SAT TV) equipment is fitted to several RAN Major Fleet units to provide quality of life services for Sailors serving on seagoing ships. This mainly consists of the provision of Pay TV services, including Foxtel when operating in the vicinity of Australia, and a variety of International Pay TV services when operating outside of the Australian area.

This RFT is seeking a suitable company to provide In Service Support Services which include but are not limited to maintenance, repair and configuration management of the SAT TV System, and the provision and management of ongoing Pay TV subscriptions and Helpdesk services.
