Work Health and Safety (WHS) Services Standing Offer Panel

The new WHS Services Standing Offer Panel resulting from this procurement process will replace an existing panel that is due to expire May 2014. The WHS Services Standing Offer Panel will operate for an initial period of three years from the Commencement Date with three extension options, each of up to one year’s duration at Defence discretion.
The WHS Services Standing Offer Panel will include three individual Service Categories and potential suppliers may tender to deliver one or more of these Service Categories. The Service Categories are outlined below:
· Category A: WHS Development and Management;
· Category B: Prevention and Treatment; and
· Category C: Evaluation and Review.

The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with:
a. the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in clause 2.7 of the Conditions of Tender; or
b. the requirements (if any) identified as essential in the draft Scope of Services.
