Provision of Accommodation Program Management Services to the Australian Government

The Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) is seeking tenders from suitably resourced organisations with the capacity and capability to provide accommodation program management services to the Australian Government.
Finance intends to select an accommodation program manager for the provision of the services to Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 agencies, participating Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 bodies, and other authorised parties.
Finance will administer the arrangements to facilitate agencies obtaining the services. This will comprise the provision of services to Finance as contract manager for the Government arrangements, as well as specific services to meet the accommodation requirements of each agency.
By lodging a tender, the tenderer will be deemed to have made its own judgements regarding the interpretation of this RFT, and not to have relied upon:
(a) any representation (whether oral or in writing) other than as expressed in this RFT (including addenda);
(b) other conduct of Finance, or any of its officers, employees, agents, advisers or subcontractors; or
(c) other conduct of any agency, or any of its officers, employees, agents, advisers or subcontractors.
The Condition for Participation is that the tender must not be a part tender. Tenders offering part services will not be accepted in accordance with Part 2 – Conditions of Tender at clause 2.7.
It is anticipated that the Services will commence in accordance with clause 2 of the draft Deed at Part 5 and expire on 30 June 2015. The Deed period may be extended by Finance (at its sole discretion) by two (2) further one-year periods.
