Provision of Maintenance and Supply of Data
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Department of Industry and Science requires the provision of Information Management Services to monitor, maintain and supply:
• Commonwealth business licence information and codes of practice;
• Commonwealth, State and Territory grants and assistance information to business;
• Commonwealth, State, Territory and Local agency contact details;
• Commonwealth, State and Territory small business advisory details; and
• Commonwealth consultations on business-related policy and regulation changes.
The objective of this service is to provide accurate data to the OES Content & Services Delivery team to enable them to maintain the business.gov.au Grants and Assistance Finder; the Directory of Government and Business Associations; and the Advisor Finder.
Tenders must be lodged electronically using AusTender.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
The anticipated timeframe for the contract is one (1) year with two options to extend for a period of 12 months each.
