The AFP through this Request for Tender is seeking to engage one or more suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Construction Management Services for capital works domestically and internationally.

AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tender does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer exists as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009;
(c) compliance with the Building Code 2013 and the Implementation Guidelines as per National, State and Territory Legislation.
